How many times have we heard this, said it, thought it? It’s true, so many things we encounter everyday are really “not our problem.” So what IS our problem?
We are all connected, we “rise and fall” together as the saying goes, so when we say that something is not our problem we need to make sure that this is true.
We can stand up for each other, we can offer help when we see need, and we can work together to solve our mutual problems in society, even if it does not directly impact us. This is an act of love for ourselves, for in the end, what happens to one of us, happens to all of us.
“Today I will be willing to be part of a solution even if the “problem” does not directly affect my life.”
