It’s hard to be “present” these days with all the electronic stimulation! Constantly bombarded with information, staying grounded in the here and now is a challenge, but one that is worth the effort.
Finding the balance between using our instant ability to connect to others, (a nice thing, really) and the opportunity to experience our lives in this moment, will take a strong desire to practice mindfulness. Practice just looking at the sunset, listening to a bird chirp, feeling a breeze against your skin. As you take in this physical information in the moment, you will begin to feel your “Oneness” with the Universe, and know what it is to be “Present” to that moment.
“Today I will find a few moments to be present to life, whatever I am doing, I will focus on that moment and experience it fully.”
