Yesterday I went skiing with my brother in law who is an expert skier. I’m good, but decided long ago to leave the moguls to others! However, we ended up on a steep, deep mogul and icy run and I had two choices: ski it, or take off the skis and walk. I took my time, fell once, rested and then got up and kept going. This is life. If we find that we are on a more difficult path than we expected, the practice of Love First gives us the clarity and space to step back, review our options, and then move forward with courage. It may not be pretty, but success is assured if you just don’t quit.
“Today I will be willing to gently find my path through the bumps in the road.”
