What would you tell someone if they asked you to explain who you are and what you believe? This is a fantastic excercise to state what you ARE as well as who you want to BECOME. Get a piece of paper and start with the best things about yourself, then write some things that you would like to BE. Healthier. More Focused. Open. Joyful. Whatever that is. Now re-write it until you LOVE the vision you have created of you, and put it next to your bed. Read it at night and in the morning and when someone asks who you are, let these statements be your answer.
