Today I let out a big yell of frustration, it felt good. Here’s the thing; you have to acknowledge that you just won’t always feel 100%, and trying to pretend you are NOT frustrated will give you a heart attack one day. So let it out. Yell, scream, punch a pillow! Once that energy is released, BREATHE! Forgive yourself for not being perfect, and MOVE ON.
Today I will be ok with not being a perfect person and if I need to release some energy I will do so and then let it go!
