Hitting the Wall
Have you ever been rushing along, trying to “get it all done” and then you get hurt, sick, in an accident? At this point you have no choice but to slow down and take a step back from the insanity!
It would be nice to be able to do this without the illness or injury, and in time, you will begin to notice when you are doing too much, “hitting the wall”. The practice of “Love First” creates the awareness to notice when you are out of balance with your SELF, the uneasy feeling in your chest that you are not in harmony with YOU.
