For me, I find it helpful to write down what I want to get done in each day, a to do list that includes something that will also be positive for my life, not just work and family. Writing this blog every day is part of this, of course! What we can lose sight of in all these tasks is how we want to FEEL at the end of that day. This is the PRIZE, being able to go to sleep feeling good about ourselves and that even if that to do list didn’t get all done, we did our best.
