10 minutes is all I ask. Well, for today anyway! Set your alarm clock 10 minutes earlier and just WAKE UP. Breathe deeply, and again. Sit up and take in the fact that you did wake up today, one more opportunity for you to take thought beyond, to be more than you were yesterday.
Take inventory of your mind, your body, and your spirit, appreciate what is working and forgive what is not. From this place of appreciation, consciously commit to looking for more to appreciate, even if you notice things that do not please you, turn as quickly as you can to something that does.
