The reason I ask people in Love First the Beginning to set their alarm clocks ten minutes earlier is so they get in the habit of being grateful just for waking up! Now I will ask you to do the same before you sleep. Take 5 minutes before you go to sleep and think of one really pleasant thought, a memory that makes you smile, a future event that you are excited about, a person that you love, including YOU, and THEN go to sleep. What we are thinking affects our sleep and how we wake up.
